If you wish to make a product-size change, write to us at: info@insideactive.pe or 907771066 within the first 7 days of receiving your order.

In order to make the exchange, the garment must be in perfect condition, just as you received it.

Important:

1. Shipping delivery due to size change will be assumed by the customer.

2. For the safety of our collaborators and you, the item to be exchanged must be returned in its original box, indicating its order number.

3. Size changes are not accepted for products purchased in final sale.

4. Exchanges of washed or damaged garments are not accepted.
